Members typically meet in person two to three times a year, & virtual meetings are held as needed. Virtual sessions last 2-4 hours & are tailored to fit members’ schedules.

Meeting locations are decided by the group. They can be held at a member’s company, a central location, a resort, or another destination chosen for convenience or weather. Meetings are flexible to accommodate members’ busy schedules.

Costs vary depending on the number of meetings, locations, & group size. On average, members can expect to budget between $400 to $700 per month, which covers facilitation and meeting preparation. Personal travel, shared meeting expenses, and accommodation are not included.

All discussions, proprietary information, & data shared within the group are confidential. Members can openly share sensitive business issues, knowing everything will remain private. Confidentiality agreements also bind facilitators & resource partners.
