Recognized by Lawn & Landscape magazine with the prestigious Industry Leadership Award, Pam brings substantial industry experience to Wilson360. She specializes in account manager development, customer loyalty initiatives and systems analysis for our clients.

Pam manages the annual Wilson360 customer survey program, an exclusive offering for Wilson clients interested in obtaining formal feedback from their customers to improve service performance. Pam leverages years of customer feedback to develop best practices and procedures for managing customer relationships, which she incorporates into her Account Manager training programs.

An honors graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture, Pam was recruited during her senior year by ValleyCrest, where she worked in the maintenance division from field operations to branch management for 20 years. Pam then became a member of ValleyCrest’s corporate team to manage a customer relationship program for all divisions. During the second half of her 40 year career at ValleyCrest, Pam developed 17 unique customer surveys to serve all business divisions and specific service types, and conducted a survey process that interviewed several thousand customers each year. The survey results were used to train employees, drive business improvement and provided a valuable metric for employee performance scorecards.

In 2015, Pam joined the Wilson360 team as a consultant.
