BRANDT VROMAN

Expert Coach and Facilitator

Brandt Vroman has joined the Wilson360 team as a strategy consultant, leadership coach, and CEO peer group facilitator.

Brandt brings four decades of leadership experience to his new role, including having served as start-up founder and CEO of Northwest Landscape Services of Oregon, which was sold to The Brickman Group in 2007.  Post-acquisition, Brandt remained with Brickman as Western Regional Manager, overseeing Oregon, Washington, Colorado, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. He subsequently served as a strategic implementation partner with Boston Consulting Group during its engagement with Brickman.

“Brandt is a uniquely talented entrepreneur, and his expertise will ensure that our firm remains pre-eminent in business management consulting across all aspects of our capabilities,” said Wilson360 CEO, Robert Clinkenbeard.

“One of the best parts of being in the landscape business is that it’s an industry built on great relationships. Putting a face to a name, building value and friendships, and helping people with advice along the way is what’s been the most fun for me over the years. Whether it’s solving a problem or making life easier for people to do their best work, I’ve learned that high-trust relationships and strategic relationships in the workplace are more valuable than ever. I look forward to making new friends, meeting new people, and adding value that is a win-win,” said Brandt.

Brandt received his master’s in business administration from Marylhurst University in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  Originally from Laguna Beach, California, Brandt and his family reside in Oregon.
