ELEVATE 2025: Tools and Strategies Top Landscape Leaders Can’t Miss

Every year, the landscape industry gathers at ELEVATE to ask the questions that matter: How do we grow without losing control? How do we lead teams through change? How do we turn strategy into results?

NALP has built this space for leaders to explore those answers, and Wilson360 will be there as a Preferred Provider for Industry Peer Groups. Our team will share insights on leadership, scaling, and turning data into actionable steps.

Below, NALP offers a closer look at what makes ELEVATE 2025 a must-attend event, from education and networking to the innovations shaping the industry.

What Sets ELEVATE Apart

You might think it’s just another industry event. However, ELEVATE is where leaders of the industry’s top companies gain actionable strategies and discover the latest innovations.

ELEVATE, presented by NALP and powered by Cat, features a variety of education sessions, networking opportunities, and a cutting-edge Expo hall showcasing the latest industry innovations. This year’s event runs Nov. 2–5 in Phoenix, Arizona, giving attendees the chance to connect with new peers on the West Coast.

Relevant Education

ELEVATE features 50 education sessions, carefully selected by landscape professionals. The sessions are designed to bring value and learning to opportunities to every position in a landscape organization. This year, NALP revived the call-for-proposals process, allowing the program committee to select new speakers who offer fresh perspectives and insights.

Key education themes include AI, mergers and acquisitions, workforce development, and mental health and wellness. Attendees can choose from eight different education tracks, including Leadership & Management, Technology & Innovation, Human Resources, Recruitment & Retention, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Safety & Risk Management, Sustainability, and the Grow Your Business track.

The Grow Your Business track provides ambitious owners and leadership teams with the essential tools, strategic insights, and leadership frameworks to achieve real and lasting success.

Robert Clinkenbeard, CEO of Wilson360, will present “The 10 Million-Dollar Blueprint: Smart Scaling for Profitability,” while Steve Steele, Wilson360’s financial and business practices leader, will lead “Turning Data into Action: Moving from Data Overload to Insights.”

“You don’t need tons of data to get meaningful KPIs,” Steele says. “I’ll show where to find the critical metrics that provide the most insight and how to assess whether your systems are KPI-ready. Having data isn’t enough; it has to be the right data.”
